Payment Gateway Policy

The following terms and conditions apply for those who make financial donations to GMM Pfaudler Foundation through the payment gateway policy service provided on the foundation website. GMM Pfaudler Foundation respects and values all the donors who are willing to donate towards the cause of the foundation ensuring the donation process are secure and transparent.

Donations to GMM Pfaudler Foundation can be made only through the payment gateway services available on the foundation Website and the foundation will not be liable to any frauds.

The Donations received through the payment gateway will be directly deposited to account of GMM Pfaudler Foundation and will be utilized on the ongoing projects of the Foundation.

The Donors will be acknowledged with a donation receipt from GMM Pfaudler Foundation within eight working days from the date of making the donation.

Donations given to the GMM Pfaudler Foundation is exempt under section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

The Donors will have to submit some personal information while making the donations such as (Name, Email Address, Payment Processing details) to keep track of the donations received by GMM Pfaudler Foundation. Foundation will not share any information to the third parties unless required by law, regulation, or court order.

Donors agree and confirm that the Credit card/Debit card/UPI/Bank details provided by the donor while making a donation to GMM Pfaudler Foundation are correct and accurate and officially owned by the donor itself and not owned by other than the donor.

Refund Policy

Donations once made to GMM Pfaudler Foundation will not be subjected to a refund unless there is a technical error or flawed donations while making the donations. The foundation will respond within 14 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor.

The refund of the donation will be credited back to the source of the payment. No refund will be made in form of cash or cheque. The time of the refund depends on the instrument used during the time of transaction.

The donor will have to send us a written request for a refund within 2 days of making the donations along with the details at the corporate office of the foundation.

• Mode of Payment 
• Proof of the transaction 
• Valid reason for making a transaction 
• In case the donor has received the donation receipt the donor will have to return the original receipt to the foundation at the office address. 

If the tax exemption certificate is already issued, the foundation will not be able to refund the donated amount to the donor. 

In case of refund with a valid request the foundation will not bear any charges applicable during the time refund and the same will be incurred by from the donor.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

GMM Pfaudler Foundation reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice by posting changes online. Please ensure to go through the payment terms and conditions prior to making any kind of financial transactions.
